Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at modicaavip@gmail.com and we will process your return and you will need to return the item to the address we specify. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Please understand that custom items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
